Graham Nicholas worked with Allianz in creating their new office located at 360 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne. The project was spread over five consecutive floors, measuring 7000 square metres, and was completed in April 2011.

Consistency between Allianz's Melbourne and Sydney offices was an important factor during the design development phases of the project. However it was also equally as important for Allianz to reflect the local culture, whilst being sensitive to the current market.

The reception area reflects sophistication and class. Attention to detail has been thoroughly considered in the use of frameless glazing, integration of lighting and the selection of quality finishes. The use of timber and stone finishes exude warmth and elegance. Colour and movement has been injected into the space through feature floor coverings.

A lively staff breakout area provides employees with a diverse space for collaboration. A full height digital graphic and brightly coloured splash back provide personality to the space, whilst contrasting with neutral surrounds.
