HWL Ebsworth – Perth
When HWL Ebsworth decided to relocate their Perth office the brief to Graham Nicholas was to implement the same overall design concept we developed for their Melbourne headquarters.
The new premises occupy the upper levels of a premium grade tower on St Georges Terrace. The reception, client greeting, and meeting spaces all face the Swan River and take full advantage of the sweeping views on offer.
A suite of conference rooms with operable dividing walls give the client flexibility to change meeting room sizes. These rooms connect to provide a large space for seminars or client entertainment, supported by a catering kitchen and furniture store.
The materials palette consists of large format, sand coloured slabs, custom-made rug in warm bronze and earth tones, bronze anodised battens and walnut veneer wall panels.
A central staff breakout located on each working floor enjoys abundant natural light and north facing views.
