Client Brief: Create and deliver first class office facilities in the capital cities of Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane with cohesive and collaborative work spaces for both clients and staff.

Result:

• Separate, flexible conference rooms immediately adjacent to the Reception entrance away from the back of house secure office areas.
• Work station proximities and ratios carefully considered to ensure maximum capacity and limit the requirement for future alterations for expansion and extraction.
• Large central breakout area introduced to encourage staff collaboration.
