Delivered within a live commercial environment and a tightly programmed timeframe, the amenities upgrade at 5 Martin Place, Sydney required careful coordination, detailed staging and close collaboration with all stakeholders to minimise disruption and maximise efficiency.

The works were completed across 5 floors and consisted of 25 bathrooms in total. Set within a heritage building, the design approach was guided by a respect for the site’s history and architectural integrity. A warm, refined material palette and subtle detailing were selected to complement the existing fabric, creating a contemporary yet timeless environment that feels cohesive with the building’s original character.

The result is a considered and functional amenities upgrade that enhances the daily experience for occupants, while supporting the broader workplace transformation underway within the building.
