Hewison Private Wealth sought a design that embodies their brand identity, combining a welcoming, homely atmosphere with professional elegance, while also fostering team culture and connection, particularly for back-of-house staff. Our approach introduced versatile meeting spaces, both formal and informal, to support collaboration for groups of all sizes. 

Parallel operable walls enable seamless adaptation for corporate events and training sessions. The front-of-house area maintains a cohesive flow with the continuation of the diamond glazing film pattern, reinforcing brand consistency. A light-filled staff breakout area was designed to promote well-being, providing an inviting space that encourages team interaction, relaxation, and a strong sense of community.
