Graham Nicholas continued its long-standing partnership with HWL Ebsworth, delivering the design and project management for their new Melbourne workplace at 447 Collins Street. Collaborating with the building owner, GN optimised costs through a semi-integrated scope with base building works. Spanning three floors, the space features an outdoor terrace overlooking Collins Street, completed on schedule.

The design includes a welcoming reception, client meeting areas, and five large conference rooms with operable walls for flexible events. A lighter palette with sand-coloured tiles, earth-toned rugs, and bronze accents enhances brightness. A central breakout area and terrace provide natural light, street views, and year-round functionality.
